Our experienced chef Marco and Jaco create not food, but an art piece. They serve the food on the dish like and artist paint on canvas.

A lot western dishes are mixed with Chinese elements and local ingredients. The ingredients are fresh from market daily, or even farm to table.

 

E.g. Ship style Caesar salad

Market Salty egg yolk dressing with Yuen Long Lau Fau Shan mini dried fish, making the classic salad in a creative way.
